Leslie is the Regional Operations Manager for Florida.  In this role, she oversees Human Resources, Operations and IT for nine offices throughout the state.  She joined Avison Young in 2012 as Operations Manager and has been instrumental in the growth of the Florida Region from two offices to nine offices, with a staff increase from 30 to 156.    Previously, Leslie was the Operations Manager for the Boca Raton office of Flagler Real Estate Services where her duties included operations, listing agreements, timelines, marketing collaterals and client reporting.  Leslie has over 20 years of administrative and marketing experience in commercial and residential real estate.

Prior to joining Flagler, Leslie was the Vice President of Administrative Services & Marketing for Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA).   She coordinated all marketing campaigns for Florida resulting in a sales increase from $150 million to over $2 billion annually.  Leslie oversaw the development and production of marketing collateral, including RFPs, announcement cards, flyers, offering memoranda, web sites, broadcast e-mails and mass mailings.   She began her real estate career at Lincoln Property Company where she provided direct support to the  Vice President of Multifamily Development  for Florida and Georgia.
