Raleigh-Durham, NC – Avison Young has listed for sale a 100% occupied, 308,964-sf property at 2001 TW Alexander Drive, Durham, NC on behalf of the seller, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. The tenant in place is Implus Footcare and the property contains the company’s headquarters and Global Distribution Center.
