Ed is part of a five-person team that advises CFOs, CEOs, and CREs on industrial real estate transactions in New Jersey and throughout the U.S. This includes distribution, manufacturing (traditional and hi-tech), pharmaceutical production, assembly, R&D, labs and office spaces to support them.

In recent years Ed’s team has completed more than 320+ real estate transactions, including leases, purchases, sales, build-to-suits, and sale-leasebacks. These transactions have accounted for more than 8.7 million square feet and more than $900 million in value for more than 130 clients.

Ed and his team only advise occupiers of real estate (never landlords), and this allows for a fiduciary bond that guarantees the best outcome for his clients. He coordinates all aspects of single and multi-location transaction management, as well as Avison Young’s complimentary service lines that include industrial consulting, lease administration, and project/construction management.
