Kirk joined Avison Young in 2018 and he specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the Urban Boston market. From early-stage startups to larger corporations, Kirk thrives on collaborating closely with clients, orchestrating meticulously planned and strategic real estate process.

Kirk’s client roster is as diverse as it is extensive, encompassing a broad spectrum of industries. His adeptness extends to technology firms, law practices, consulting agencies, investment enterprises, and cutting-edge BioTech companies, among others.

After graduating from Columbia University, Kirk started his real estate career as an analyst in Credit Suisse’s New York City headquarters. Kirk worked in the firm’s Corporate Real Estate Group, a select 4-member team that skillfully navigated and negotiated the bank’s sprawling North American and South American portfolio, consisting of more than 5.8 million square feet. His tenure at Credit Suisse’s Corporate Real Estate Group, furnished Kirk with invaluable insights that now underpin his exceptional understanding of his tenant clientele’s priorities.

Prior to Avison Young, Kirk worked at Transwestern’s Boston office, where he focused on representing both tenants and landlords in the 128 North and 495 North submarkets.Kirk’s commitment to the real estate landscape is unwavering, and his multifaceted experiences empower him to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the diverse needs of his clients.
