Gavin Stainthorpe joins Avison Young as Senior Vice President

Atlanta, GA – Brad Sinclair, Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Atlanta office today announced the strategic hiring of Gavin Stainthorpe as a Senior Vice President. With extensive experience in industrial leasing, religious facilities, nonprofit organizations and business development, Stainthorpe will be a key leader in the growth and expansion of our already top talent filled office.

Stainthorpe brings over three decades of diversified business development experience to the firm and has a strong market background, working in the United States, United Kingdom and South Africa. His experience includes urban infill transactions ranging from unimproved land, ground up development, and adaptive reuse and his knowledge spans the entire industrial real estate spectrum from local family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Avison Young, Stainthorpe co-led JLL’s Chicago Urban Industrial team and worked Chicago’s Urban industrial market for over a decade.
