Industrial* job growth remains prevalent throughout the Philadelphia metro, with a handful of submarkets witnessing significant gains in just the past 10-years alone. In terms of total jobs added, Burlington, Gloucester, and New Castle County submarkets led the Philadelphia metro, adding 13.6K, 13.4K, and 10.2K blue-collar jobs, respectively. When analyzing this growth on a percentage basis, Salem County saw a 10-year industrial job growth rate of 32.2% despite having added just 1,413 jobs. A major contributor to this growth has been the sharp increase in new industrial product deliveries across Salem County, NJ. In Salem County alone, of the 12.8 msf of existing industrial inventory, 7.9 msf was delivered in just the past 10 years, equating to 62% of the entire submarkets existing inventory.
