When comparing office visitation volumes between Pre-COVID and July 2024, consulting, research, accounting & recruiting, along with biotech, life sciences, pharma & healthcare have shown the strongest recovery.
In contrast, industries such as tech and media, PR, telecom & entertainment have experienced the lowest total recovery percentage.
Due to the nature of their jobs, employees at tech companies primarily work through virtual platforms, while those in life sciences and drug discovery typically need to be in house to perform their tasks.
