Nashville offices are busier earlier in the week

–As of June 2024, Nashville office buildings are 23% busier on Mondays than they were this time last year. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are also busier now than in 2023 at 14.8% and 6.4%, respectively.

–This indicates that employees prefer to stack their in-office days at the beginning of the week to allow for more flexibility towards the end of the week.

–Compared to 2019, all days of the week are now less busy with Tuesday having the highest busyness of 76.6%.
