MSP office users favor going into the office early in the week

As of June 2024, Minneapolis – St. Paul office buildings are 19.7% busier Mondays than they were this time last year. Tuesdays are also busier now than in 2023, at 12.1% higher visitation volume. With Wednesdays through Fridays down from 2023, it is a fair assumption that most employees now favor going into the office earlier in the week.
Although Minneapolis – St. Paul offices are generally busier now than in 2023, they are still significantly less busy than they were Pre-Covid. Tuesdays have recovered the most since the pandemic but are just 55.1% as busy today as they were in 2019.
