Long Island office industries see notable changes in job postings

• Compared to pre-COVID levels, some large office industries on Long Island are seeing a massive change in job postings.

 

• On one hand, legal services have seen a 64.9% increase in job postings from March 2020 to May 2023, while on the other, tech postings have decreased 40.4% during the same time period.

 

• For some industries, this trend has been a contributing factor to the struggle in office leasing demand.
