- According to Avison Young’s Office Busyness Index, offices across Long Island have seen year-over- year increases in busyness every year since September 2020.
- From September 2020 to September 2021 office busyness increased by 56.5%, the largest year-over- year increase post-Covid. From September 2020 to September 2024, it has grown by 90.1%.
- This continual trend of increased busyness is a sign of stabilized return-to-office policies as well as confidence of occupiers in their lease commitments.
