Less Class A industrial space was available in Raleigh-Durham in 2023 than in 2022

Class A industrial space declined in availability in 2023 compared to 2022, while classes B and C showed the opposite trend. Occupiers looking for space had less Class A space options in 2023 than they did in 2022, while they had more Class B and C space options. Despite these changes, no class had a lot of vacancy, as vacancy has remained low overall among all industrial property classes.
