Karin Carter joins as Principal and Director of Property Management in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA – Avison Young today announced that Karin Carter has joined the firm as Principal and Director of Property Management for the Atlanta and South Carolina markets. Carter will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) platform, optimizing property management teams’ performance, utilizing Avison Young’s technology stack and best practices in operations, sustainability, and tenant services to deliver customized results for clients.

Carter brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry covering office, industrial, data center, and retail asset classes in the Atlanta market. Prior to joining Avison Young, Carter served as Property Management Operations Director for the Southeast Region at CBRE where she was responsible for oversight of property transitions, managing new business, administering the Environments for Excellence program, implementing Global Standards and supporting new technology.
