Lisa Maki brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience to her role as Market Leader

Nashville, TN – Avison Young today announces the appointment of Lisa Maki, Principal, CCIM in the firm’s Capital Markets Group in Nashville as Market Leader for the greater Nashville region. As a market leader, Maki will continue to grow Avison Young’s client base, manage broker operations, and focus on recruiting top talent to expand market share across multiple service lines in the greater Nashville market.

Maki joined Avison Young’s Nashville office in 2015, where she focuses on all sectors of investments sales with a primary focus on office, multifamily and land in the urban core and the surrounding region. Her role, in concert with other team members, includes production, strategic planning and special projects, client business development and various marketing initiatives.

She has participated in over $1.3 billion of sales and leasing transactions during her 19 years in commercial real estate. Maki is active in the community and the industry, serving as a board chair or active member with various professional and non-profit organizations within the Nashville community. Prior to commercial real estate, she has more than 18 years of experience in the airline industry working in several different capacities such as the government sector, corporate and professional sports environments.
