  • Throughout the suburbs, the Exton/Whiteland submarket has the greatest amount of available space, with just over 2.6 MSF available, and a total availability rate sitting at 27.8%.

 

  • The market continues to grapple with over 6.5 MSF of sublease availability along with a growing amount of high vacancy in lower quality properties.
