Private or large offices available for lease at the historic Punch and Judy building in Grosse Pointe Farms. Designed by Robert O. Derrick, the Punch and Judy opened it’s doors in 1930 as a 740 seat theatre. The building was later converted into an office building, however, the developers kept a lot of the original features such as the Colonial Revival style exterior intact. The building is professionally managed by Russell Development, a full service commercial property management and development company, led by their third generation President, Edward Russell.
