Stan is a highly accomplished commercial real estate specialist with a growing portfolio of significant deals across various property types. Known for his expertise in high-value acquisitions and development, Stan has a track record of successful transactions in mixed-use projects, estate redevelopments, retail, and distribution.

A recent highlight of Stan’s career includes the disposition of the 150-acre, Christel DeHaan Estate, which has been transformed into the new showroom and restaurant for luxury furniture retailer RH. This sale garnered the highest price for a single-family residence in Indiana history. Stan envisions properties as what they can become. In this case, the transformation of a residential estate to a retail destination that strengthened RH’s reputation in a competitive market.

In addition to retail success, Stan spearheaded a 300-acre land assemblage designated for distribution and logistics—a substantial project designed to meet the growing demand for modern, large-scale distribution centers. This assemblage required strategic negotiation with multiple property owners and alignment with local planning goals, underscoring Stan's skill in complex transactions and development vision.

Furthermore, Stan’s outside the box thinking has been integral in developing several mixed-use projects that combine residential, retail, and commercial spaces, catering to evolving urban trends and community needs. These projects showcase Stan's ability to create spaces that drive economic growth and enhance community engagement, blending lifestyle amenities with workspaces in thoughtfully designed environments.

With a reputation for keen market insight, civic engagement, negotiation skills, and client dedication, Stan continues to deliver value in the commercial real estate landscape, supporting clients in achieving ambitious goals and transforming properties into dynamic, profitable assets.
