Most recently, as a Property Manager at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, she led the successful conversion of a 3-building campus into a life sciences hub. Her career began while completing her senior year at Suffolk University, where she gained hands-on experience in distressed property acquisitions. Shannon's journey progressed through roles at RCG, The Wilder Companies, Normandy, Rubicon, and Hunneman, encompassing residential, commercial, retail, and industrial properties. With expertise in lease administration, operations, staff management, and financial reporting, Shannon is equipped to excel in any property management challenge.
