Sean joined Avison Young’s Innovation and Insight in the fall of 2020 and has been working in commercial real estate since 2019. Between tenant representation, agency, capital markets, and development assignments across office, industrial and mixed-use asset classes, Sean assists clients in understanding their unique market positioning and strategic options through big data analysis. Based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Sean has helped clients on both regional and national scales. Sean also maintains Avison Young’s in-house data warehouse and analytics platform AVANT for the Chicago market.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Sean worked at Truss Holdings, a Chicago-based real estate technology startup. He built out, managed and drove engagement for both Chicago and Los Angeles markets.

Prior to his time in commercial real estate, Sean worked in buy-side private equity providing strategic advising across multiple funds totaling more than $500 million. Sean holds a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.
