Nick Fazio joined Avison Young in 2022 as an associate within the firm’s quickly expanding Chicago Industrial Services team. Growing up in Chicago, he brings a deep understanding of local submarkets and a passion for the future of the Windy City’s real estate industry. Nick will primarily focus on landlord representation in the I-55 corridor, with a broader focus on industrial tenant representation across Chicagoland and nationally.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Nick spent several years in the digital marketing space within multiple industry verticals, where he honed communication and sales methodology skills. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending his time exercising, traveling, and learning; when he’s not on the move, you can find him sampling new foods across the Chicagoland area. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in advertising and media sales.
