Melissa Liles is an accomplished broker specializing in office leasing and tenant representation. She brings over 15 years of real estate experience to each client assignment.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Melissa worked with another commercial real estate firm, where she executed more than 100 transactions totaling over 1.5 million square feet with a total transaction value of $215 million. Melissa also previously worked as a Leasing Associate at Healthcare Realty, a medical office developer, where she focused on marketing and leasing new development projects throughout the United States. Additionally, she has held positions in finance and healthcare with Regions Financial Corporation’s regional real estate and underwriting division and Fiserv Pharmacy Solutions. Melissa is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and was named a “2013 Emerging Brokers,” chosen from all global  markets, and one of only seven brokers globally from an Alliance Market.  In 2016, she was named as an award recipient of the Nashville Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award.
