Matt Milinovich serves as a Principal within Avison Young’s Phoenix office where he specializes in retail project leasing, tenant representation, new development services and investment sales. With over 25 years of experience, Matt has developed customized processes that generate measurable results while facilitating transactions seamlessly for his clients on a national, regional, and local level. In fall 2019, Avison Young acquired Phoenix-based retail brokerage firm, Strategic Retail Group (SRG) of which Matt was a founding Partner; prior to that Matt was a Vice President with Trammell Crow Company. 

Matt has extensive experience in regional power center/grocery anchored project leasing, pad/land sales, retail investment sales and tenant representation services throughout the state of Arizona. Over his 25+ year career Matt has provided services for many notable landlord clients including: Vestar, Capstone Advisors, LaSalle Investments, Evergreen Development, DDR, ING, Kornwasser, Westcor/Macerich, Inland/RPAI, Kitchell Development, Desert Troon, and Continental Properties.  Matt has successfully represented such notable retail tenants as: Sportsman's Warehouse, Comerica Bank, Einstein's Bagels, Caribou Coffee, Massage Envy, Robeks Smoothies, Denny's, Wendy’s, Sunflower Markets, Gerber Collision and Infuseable Care IV with their site selections.

Matt is involved in numerous organizations and charities and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C). In his free time Matt enjoys being with his wife and three children and attending all their sports activities.
