Kim brings more than 26 years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas. She is actively involved as a landlord representative in all lease negotiations, increasing rental rates and building occupancy. Ms. Shapiro is consistently a top performer in both transaction volume and total commissions and has been recognized as one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitters” by the Houston Business Journal.
