Kert Kaiser is a Senior Associate at Avison Young's Memphis office and is part of the Capital Markets team alongside Principals, W. Shane Soefker and Jacob Biddle. Kert is responsible for generating new leads, creating and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers, and collaborating with team members to ensure we are providing our clients with the highest degree of expertise. 

Years of industry exposure and experience has equipped Kert with the necessary skills to market an asset to its fullest potential and ensure the appropriate exposure and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Kert worked as a brokerage associates intern at Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler in Columbia, South Carolina.
