Kathleen brings a unique background in real estate analytics and customer service to her role as research manager of the Chicago region. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Kathleen worked as a research manager at CoStar's Washington DC's headquarters, where she oversaw teams of real estate analysts who were actively gathering and interpreting market data throughout the United States and Canada. Kathleen's experience at CoStar has provided her with a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends, and provide meaningful insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs. 

Prior to her work at CoStar, Kathleen worked as a branch manager at a national bank in Washington DC.   Her banking experience has given Kathleen the customer service experience to understand each client's particular needs and implement her expertise in real estate analytics to meet each client's goals and objectives.
