John Tronson was formerly a Principal with Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., focusing on its entertainment division and specializing in serving feature film, television and commercial production companies. Widely considered Hollywood’s leading commercial real estate professional, Tronson has transacted on many of Hollywood’s most recognizable icons such as the former ABC Studios facility on Vine, El Capitan office building, Broadway Hollywood, historic Hillview apartment building, the Palladium, Fredericks of Hollywood building, First National Bank building, and the Capital Records building. Tronson’s extensive civic contributions include past Chairman of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and President of the Hollywood Entertainment District (Business Improvement District), where he is still active on the Board of Directors. He joined Ramsey-Shilling in 1993 after graduating from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) where he played men’s soccer and received First-Team All-American honors. He is currently a member of the CSUN Intercollegiate Athletic Advisory Committee and Athletic Directors Advisory Circle.
