Jenna Berk is a member of Avison Young’s Tenant Advisory Practice, specializing in the representation of office occupiers in the Greater Washington, D.C. region.

Jenna focuses on cultivating customized real estate strategies to achieve the financial and operational goals of her team’s clients by providing innovative thought leadership and a comprehensive, best-in-class suite of real estate advisory services. She has completed complex lease requirements, early renegotiations, the sale of owner-occupied office buildings, HQ relocations, and sublease dispositions for clients in a variety of sectors.

Her areas of expertise include option analysis, site evaluation/selection, workplace strategy, financial analysis, lease negotiation, occupancy cost reduction, and post-transaction support.

Jenna came to Avison Young from a DC-based tenant advisory firm, where she worked on high profile lease transactions and building sales alongside the firm’s senior leadership. Prior to this, Jenna worked at CBRE on one of the firm’s highest producing tenant advisory teams which specialized in the representation of national and global clients in the tech, media, and govcon sectors.

Jenna is originally from Tampa, FL and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Central Florida.
