CAREER SUMMARY

Jason Rothe joined Avison Young’s Retail team in the summer of 2015.  Jason has worked with many local businesses, along with more nationally established clients including Canon, Henriksen Butler, Fleetwash, Dollar Loan Center, and State Farm.  Prior to joining Avison Young, Jason worked on retail, office, & industrial projects with a yearlong internship program through Colliers International.   He is focused on building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants and is dedicated to providing the best service and value possible to his clients. 

EDUCATION 

Jason graduated from Washington State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Psychology. After graduating, Jason focused on a career in commercial real estate and acquired his Broker License in the state of Washington before moving to Reno, where he obtained his Nevada Salesperson License.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Jason has embraced the outdoor culture Reno has to offer both on and around Lake Tahoe. When he is not on the water or the slopes, he is on the course working on his short game. Within the community he actively engages in Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, Western Industrial Nevada, ArrowCreek Home Owners Association, and Reimagine Reno.
