Henryk Paciorek’s career spans 28 years in commercial real estate management, overseeing strategic accounts for our institutional clients, including LaSalle Investment Company, ARA, UBS, Rexford, and Principal Partners, for various office, industrial, and retail centers in Southern California. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Madison Marquette before joining Avison Young in 2022 after Madison Marquette was acquired.

Mr. Paciorek’s portfolio oversight includes several Class A retail, office, and industrial buildings. His experience in property operations, expense controls, service vendor contract negotiations, value analysis, building systems, and construction management provides strong value-add service to Avison Young’s clients. Before his current role at Avison Young and his role at Madison Marquette, Henryk worked at PMRG as the firm’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to PMRG, he served as the Director of Commercial Office Properties for Tiarna for 15 years, where he was responsible for all due diligence and acquisitions, overseeing commercial assets throughout the Inland Empire, Orange, and San Diego counties for numerous institutional and strategic clients. Prior to that, Henryk worked at CBRE (formerly Insigna) in various accounting roles.

Henryk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Redlands.
