In November 2017, Gregg opened Avison Young’s Silicon Valley office, the fifth Bay Area location and eleventh in California.

Gregg has over 34 years of experience in Silicon Valley commercial real estate specializing in leasing and sales in the office and R&D markets. Gregg represents Fortune 500 companies, venture capital backed start-up companies and institutional owners of commercial real estate. He has vast experience working with high tech companies, on both the leasing and acquisition side and he has been directly involved in leasing or selling over 26 million square feet with a total transaction value in excess of $15 billion. A few of his regular clients have included Menlo Equities, Apple Inc., Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Equity Office Properties, iStar Financial, Xilinx and Applied Materials.
