In her role as Transaction Manager, Emily is responsible for gathering and organizing detailed information for Broker Opinion of Values, Offering Memorandums, and client reports. She also evaluates multifamily and capital markets trends, delivering comprehensive market insights, while overseeing database management and CRM integration for improved property and land sale listings.

Prior to her current role, Emily worked as the Market Intelligence Analyst on Avison Young's South Regional team. In that capacity, she tracked and analyzed market data, economic indicators, and real estate trends to generate valuable insights for thought leadership, including quarterly and annual market reports. Emily started her real estate career in 2005 in Washington, DC, and brings over nineteen years of commercial real estate experience.
