Caroline Cassity-Cox joined Avison Young’s Nashville office in fall 2021 as an Associate where she focuses her efforts on healthcare and office leasing in Middle Tennessee.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Caroline spent several years working in both Knoxville and Nashville where she provided real estate and financial consulting services including development, brokerage and organization management representing over 14.5 million square feet. Combining her past analytical experience with her personable style, Caroline brings a calculated, but fresh approach to her clients.
