With more than nine years of commercial brokerage experience, Carlo excels at developing marketing and negotiating strategies and leveraging local market intelligence to provide his clients with the best possible results.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Carlo spent two years as a Senior Associate in the Boca Raton office of Grubb & Ellis.  A native of Florida, he began his commercial real estate career with Codina Realty Services, which was purchased by Flagler Real Estate Services.
