Caitlin is a second-generation commercial real estate broker with over 10 years of landlord and tenant agency experience. Prior to Avison Young she was a Senior Associate at Colliers International South Florida where she completed more than 1.6 million square feet of lease and sale transactions with a value in excess of $140 million. This experience gave rise to an expertise in lease negotiation, financial analysis, and navigation of complex real estate transactions.
