Billy Lyell is a founding Principal in Avison Young's Nashville office specializing in office leasing and tenant representation as well as land and investment sales. He has participated in over 30 million square feet of transactions throughout his over 25-year career. He serves on the CoStar Advisory Board and is a CCIM member. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Billy was with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone where he was a founding Principal and broker.
