Anthony Squillante is a Principal in Avison Young’s Houston office specializing in tenant representation. He is a highly regarded commercial real estate veteran who has consistently been one of the region’s top producers. Anthony and his tenant representation team have generated over $1 billion in transaction value since 2011.

Throughout his career, Anthony has demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for effectively managing multiple transactions and delivering excellent customer service. His commitment and comprehensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry allows him to build long-term relationships and provide innovative solutions that align with his customers’ priorities and objectives.

Prior to Avison Young, Anthony was a Managing Director of a national commercial real estate firm where he started, grew and lead a highly successful tenant representation team for over a decade. Under his leadership, the team received numerous awards and accolades, including NAIOP’s  Pacesetter Award for completing the most transactions per broker during a specific calendar year. In 2019, Anthony was Houston's top producer at his former company, and on a national basis, he was routinely located in his former firm’s top 10 producers annually. He has been recognized as one of Bisnow’s Top Office and Industrial Brokers, a CoStar Power Broker, and one of Houston Business Journal's Heavy Hitters in Office Tenant Representation.
