Avison Young adds new service offering with addition of workplace design firm, providing end-to-end solutions to clients

Studio Eagle will deliver design, project management and construction services

Morristown, New Jersey – Avison Young announced it has acquired New Jersey-based Studio Eagle, an innovative workplace studio, space-planning and interior design firm and leading provider of interior design services, cost estimation, project management and construction management services. Bruce Emtage will join Avison Young as Principal and Managing Director, New Jersey Project Management Studio Services, and accompanied by more than 30 team members, including, interior designers and project managers to be based in the firm’s office in New Jersey.

Continuing investments in the firm’s Project Management service line will enhance Avison Young’s abilities to meet client needs by engaging them from initial real estate strategy through to project implementation. Boston-based project management firm, Dowling Houy was also recently acquired by Avison Young and Arlene Dedier was appointed to lead Canadian Project Management Services. Over the past year, the firm has strategically broadened its North American offerings across the real estate lifecycle, including project management, infrastructure and design services to best help occupiers, owners and investors navigate increasingly complex and accelerating marketplace needs around workplace strategy and city resiliency.
