Las Vegas, NV – Avison Young, a global real estate advisory firm, today announces the appointment of Suzette LaGrange as Market Leader for its Las Vegas office. She has assumed a leadership role focusing on driving business growth in the region by identifying strategic opportunities, expanding client relationships, and enhancing market presence. Additionally, she will focus on attracting and developing top industry talent to provide best-in-class service to occupier and investor clients, ensuring the firm remains a trusted advisor in the market.
“Suzette’s leadership, expertise, and deep market knowledge make her the perfect choice to take the helm of our Las Vegas office. Her commitment to client success, as well as strategic vision for expansion that aligns with our corporate initiatives, will be instrumental in driving growth and strengthening our presence in this dynamic market,” said Chris Cooper, Principal & Regional Managing Director – Western US.
LaGrange comes to Avison Young from Colliers where she served for 20 years following a 10-year career at CBRE. She has extensive experience in both office and industrial developments including land acquisitions, zoning, entitlements, design and planning, marketing, lease negotiations, and investment dispositions. Additionally, LaGrange has experience in build-to-suit developments, sale-lease back transactions, and owner/user sales.

After 30 years in brokerage, this opportunity allows me to do what I love—working alongside an incredible group of professionals, many of whom have been friends for decades. The Avison Young team truly cares about its people and community, which is something I deeply admire. As a Las Vegas native, I’m passionate about promoting our city and its pro-business environment, and this role puts me in a position to make a meaningful impact,” said LaGrange.
LaGrange succeeds David Jewkes, who served as Avison Young’s Market Leader in the Las Vegas office for the past eight years.
