Avison Young arranges new long-term lease for wellness occupier at 660 12th Avenue

The luxury spa will occupy approximately 43,000SF on the 5th and 4th floors of the property

New York, NY – Avison Young has arranged a new lease on behalf of the owners at 660 12th Avenue (677 11th Avenue Realty, LLC) for a high-end luxury spa. The 23-year lease will encompass 43,027 square feet (sf) across the property’s fourth and fifth floors. The spa will join the Glass Houses event space and Hell’s Kitchen pickleball club to further transform 660 Twelfth into a premier destination along Manhattan’s West Side. The property is also home to the Bram Auto Lexus/Toyota dealerships.

Peter Gross and Nicola Heryet, Principals at Avison Young represented the landlord, while Kenneth J. Moore and Loy Carlos, Principals at Classiques Modernes International Realty represented the tenant.

The property at 660 12th Avenue is located between 48th and 49th Streets and was redeveloped in 2019 (originally built in 2002). Across its seven floors, the property contains 300,000 sf and affords its tenants with unobstructed water views, terraces on the fifth and seventh floors and 24/7 building security.
