Avison Young brokers $45.5 million sale of a 261-unit apartment property in Henderson, NV
September 24, 2024Avison Young’s Sauter Multifamily team are pleased to have represented the buyer, Prism Multifamily Group, and the seller, 3D Investments, to facilitate the transaction of Cascade Apartments.
Carll-Tangora stated, “Based on our team’s experience and close relationships with both buyer and seller, we were successful in completing this on-market transaction through a volatile rate market coupled with tightened agency requirements. The buyer plans to complete a property renovation plan and capitalize on a growing Henderson market.”
Located in the Valley View submarket in Henderson, Cascade Apartments consists of 261-unit apartment units on just over 10 acres along Center Street and East of Warm Springs Road. Originally constructed in 1982, the asset provides a two-story garden-style apartment community featuring one- two- and three-bedroom floor plans with an average unit size of approximately 949 square feet. The property is situated near the Cadence Master planned community and approximately a 12-minute drive away from Lake Las Vegas.
