Boston, MA – Avison Young has successfully arranged a new sublease for eShare, a leading information security provider, on the second floor at 920 Winter Street in Waltham, MA. The new headquarters will span 20,137 square feet (SF), a substantial increase from eShare’s current 4,000-sf office.

Kirk Weller and Tom Aitken from Avison Young’s Boston office represented eShare in this transaction, while the sublandlord, Fresenius Medical Care, was represented by Newmark. The class A office building in the Reservoir Woods office park will serve as the company’s new U.S. headquarters, marking a significant upgrade from their current location and offers a range of on-site amenities including a full-service café, a fitness center and covered parking. eShare’s new office space has a combination of private offices, small and large meeting rooms, multiple kitchens, training rooms, collaborations spaces and open area with newer sit-stand workstations.
