Built in 1928, the historic building is owned by Pacific Art League, which occupies the ground floor. Over the next several quarters Avison Young plans on adding more talent to its Palo Alto location, building upon the energy of the property and the city center renown for being the birthplace of Silicon Valley and home to top technology leaders.

To support employee optionality for various work requirements, the office features a hybrid office design that enables its professionals to utilize space as a destination for specific or multiple uses as opposed to a static desk and workspace. Several group areas allow the collaborative sharing of content and ideas.
