Houston, TX – Avison Young announces today the negotiation of a long-term, 50,380-square-foot (sf) office lease at 12140 Wickchester Lane in Houston on behalf of the landlord. The tenant, Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. (Rimkus) is a worldwide leader in engineering and technical consulting and operates from more than 110 offices around the globe providing services to corporations, insurance companies, law firms, and government agencies.  The 171,487-sf building, formerly known as Woodbranch Plaza III has been renamed to Rimkus Plaza.

The landlord, Stena Realty Group, was represented by Avison Young Principal Wade Bowlin and Senior Associate Marti Grizzle who are based in the firm’s Houston office. Rimkus was represented by Anthony Fritsche and David Anderson of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners.

Built in 2015, the seven-story Rimkus Plaza is LEED Certified Silver and features a fitness center, conference center, and on-site café. The building is 92% occupied and is part of Woodbranch Plaza, a four-building office complex totaling 550,558 sf in the Energy Corridor.
