Nearly 20 acres in Atlanta’s West Midtown submarket for sale for the first time in nearly 30 years

Atlanta, GA – Avison Young has been exclusively retained to market the sale of 1611 Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard, a 17.08 AC +/- parcel of land ideally situated in Atlanta’s West Midtown submarket, directly adjacent to Selig’s “The Works” and Top Golf, a destination entertainment venue and shadow anchor to future redevelopment.
