Firm grows retail & investment services with new hire

Charleston, SC – Avison Young today announced the addition of Chase Gray as an Associate broker based in the firm’s Charleston office, focused on tenant representation and agency leasing in the retail sector.

Gray is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a strong track record in property management and operations. Most recently he served as head of property management for a Columbia, SC based firm where he successfully managed a portfolio of ±700,000 square feet (sf). He is a graduate of The Citadel and gained valuable experience interning multiple years in project management for a development company.
