Miller brings more than 20 years of expertise in real estate appraisal and consulting

Irvine, Calif. – Avison Young announces today that Ryan Miller will serve as Senior Director, Valuation & Advisory Services out of the firm’s California offices. In this role, Miller will focus on expanding services in the Western States with a concentrated focus on the Southern California region. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate appraisal and consulting, he comes to California from Avison Young’s Canadian offices.

Miller will be responsible for launching valuation and advisory efforts in the Southern California region, with a focus on growing new business as well as working with existing clients. He will consult, produce, and analyze cash flows and financial models on a wide range of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-residential properties, and commercial condominiums, as well as development land, recreational facilities and special use facilities. Finally, he is charged with recruiting new appraisers, analysts, and consultants, along with additional valuation service lines.
