Hope will work in conjunction with Senior Hotel Broker Chris Kilcullen, a 30-year industry veteran who is also out of Avison Young’s Denver office. He will be responsible for expanding the firm’s investment sales activity for high-end hotels in destination areasacross the Mountain West region.

Hope brings more than five years of experience in the hotel property sector, specializing in single-asset transactions, select service hotels, portfolio sales, and development sites. His expertise encompasses assignments locally and nationwide.

Prior to relocating to Colorado, Hope worked as a broker in Atlanta, where he focused on hospitalityand land redevelopment sales. He has sold multiple hotels as multifamily conversions and advocatesfor increasing the supply of affordable housing in metropolitan areas through adaptive reuse and building conversions. Stuart earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology from The College of Charleston.
