Indianapolis, IN – Avison Young has arranged a new seven-year lease for Hope Academy at 3919 Madison Avenue, in Indianapolis’ Edgewood/South County submarket. The long-term lease was arranged in a direct deal with the landlord, The Becker Organization, and will stabilize the school’s location, which currently occupies 15,000 square feet (sf) within the building, enabling growth and longevity within the community. 

Hope Academy was represented by Joel Miller, Senior Associate, based in Avison Young’s Indianapolis office. The Becker Organization’s Rob Kinealy, Director of Asset Management, represented the landlord. 

“Hope Academy is one of only seven recovery high schools in the United States accredited by the Association of Recovery Schools and the only one in Indiana. They have helped countless students achieve their diploma and maintain their sobriety journeys,” said Miller. “This new long-term lease will help Hope Academy further establish themselves in the community through the 2029-2030 school year, foster growth for their employees, and provide top-notch education in a supportive and safe environment for students in recovery.”
