Avison Young welcomes Hawaii brokerage veteran
May 1, 2023Craig Neher appointed Senior Vice President; brings more than 20 years of leasing expertise
Honolulu, HI – Avison Young announces the addition of Craig Neher as Senior Vice President based in the firm’s Honolulu office. He will be responsible for handling leasing on behalf of the ownership of Pacific Guardian Center, a 682,000-square-foot (sf) Class A office complex comprised of two high-rise office towers and the historic Dillingham Transportation Building located within Honolulu’s central business district. Neher has also been tasked with growing the firm’s brokerage presence within the Hawaii market.

Neher has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the Hawaii markets. His depth of expertise in landlord representation includes in excess of one million square feet of mixed-use commercial properties. He has also provided tenant representation services for a wide range of national, regional, and local clients.
