Michelle Osburn joins as Principal and Senior Director specializing in the transformation workplace in a digital hybrid world

Chicago, IL – Avison Young today announces the addition of Michelle Osburn as Principal and Senior Director to become the firm’s U.S. Workplace Consulting team leader, based in Chicago, IL. She will lead the team to continue expanding, strengthening, developing the practice and advising clients on how to best support their people and their business.

Osburn brings more than 25 years of project management, consulting and workplace realignment experience to Avison Young. Throughout her career, Osburn has delivered innovation and business growth in disruptive times through relationship development, effective cross-functional collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to providing superior client service. Osburn worked at Perkins&Will for more than 10 years, leading their Workplace Strategy practice in Chicago with a wide variety of clients including United, Underwriters Laboratories, Waste Management and KPMG.
